Our thick rim shopping totes are similar in design to our very popular flexible-rimmed shopping totes. The difference is that these baskets feature a thick, grass-wrapped top rim that adds extra structure and durability to each thick rim tote.
Known as "U-Shoppers" in Ghana, their distinctive "U" shape is formed by the flared top edge that creates more room inside each basket. Each tote is fitted with two leather-wrapped handles that meet over the top for easy carrying. The leather color may vary.
Durable, functional, and beautifully woven, these totes are ideal for shopping, errands, or a trip to the beach or park.
