Dive into your stash for 100g of yarn and wrap it up for a fun evening Friday, December 29th at 6:30 pm to 9pm.

This is the last of our Friday night knit knits as we move to a First Friday Knit Night.   Light refreshments will be available. 

Beginning in January, join us the first Friday of every month for social fiber crafting.  Same time as always, 6:30 to 9pm.

New Yarns

NORO RIKKA

Embrace the elegance of Rikka, a bulky-weight yarn that blooms in seven vibrant color combinations.  Name after the Japanese term for 'snow'.  Rikka combines wool, alpaca and silk for a knitting and crochet experience that's as soft as it is warm. Put up in 200g dragon balls with 352 yards.

NORO TASOGARE

Tasogare is an Aran/Medium weight featuring Noro's signature blend of coriedale/merino, silk, and mohair - such as popular yarns like Silk Garden.

However, the meaning of Tasogare reveals the inspiration - Japanese for "twilight", that time when colors grow dim as light fades - this yarn features undyed dark brown wool which interplays with the dyed fibers in typical Noro multi colors - giving each color a more muted & deep feeling such as one feels at the end of the day when the brightness of the sun fades.

Each dragon egg ball contains over 400 yards of yarn, enough for a small shawl or accessory.
