Local Yarn Store (LYS) Day is a yarn shop appreciation day created by TNNA. The 2022 LYS Day will take place on April 30, 2022 and is designed to show support for small businesses while bringing together a unique community of knitters, crocheters, weavers and spinners to drive awareness and celebrate the craft. Watercolors is a 100% Mercerized Cotton expertly dyed by Italian artisans. The mercerization process gives the yarn strength and a slightly glossy appearance. Watercolors is also a DK weight and 263 yards per 100g. Available in 8 colors.    Colorburst by Universal Yarn Gloriously saturated tones are designed to play beautifully together in each impressive 200g "beehive" ball. Long runs of vibrant color shade from one to the next, making standout projects a snap! Seven colors in stock and more on the way. DK weight and 660 yards in 200g ball  OnLine Supersock We've brought in two new Supersocke kits from OnLine. Collection 322 Tencel Color is 50% wool, 25% Lyocell and 25% Polyamide. Collection 323 Living Color is 75% Superwash Wool and 25% Nylon All colors are in stock.   Genesis by Katia Discover Katia Genesis "Upcycled Marine Plastic", a 50% cotton and 50% recycled polyester skein, made from plastic found in the sea thanks to the work of Seaqual Initiative. The recycled polyester that makes up Katia Genesis yarn is a high quality material that is 100% post-consumer, meaning it come from plastic waste recover from the marine environment.
