Blue Sky Fibers first KAL of 2022!

Join us for the Blue Sky Fibers KAL starting February 14!

This KAL will be the launch of Skyland for us. We will have every color available for the KAL. Our order is scheduled to be in store the first week of February. You can pre order now to reserve your color!

The hardest part is choosing which color you will use. I went outside my color comfort and went with Red Sky. It starts on Valentines day after all!

Skyland is a springy 4 ply DK yarn with a soft halo and luxurious sheen. Skyland is made with 40% fine highland wool, 30% alpaca and 30% silk in 100g hanks with 210 yards.

The Livonia Shawl is packed full of beautiful cables and is ideal for cool weather.

In this KAL, which is great for intermediate knitters, participants will learn how to knit this textured shawl on the bias by creating bands of cables and garter stitch, making it both interesting to knit and eye-catching to wear.

Knit from the tip out, this pattern is easy to customize the size by working more or fewer repeats.

Pattern requires 5 hanks of Skyland.
