HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
As a new or established knitter, register by October 15th and you can pick up a free NEW KNIT KIT from Coastal Yarns on November 10th. Then, either stay for your free knitting lesson, or learn on your own or with a friend.
Established knitters can use this kit to teach someone how to knit on November 10th! By pairing a new knitter with a source of help, they will be more likely to finish the project and develop their skills further.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Learn the the two most important stitches in knitting: the Knit and Purl stitches!
Each mitt is made in one piece and then seamed to create the thumb hole.
The Special Edition HiKoo® Sueño Worsted yarn is already wound into a ball so new knitters can get right to work! Available in 'Natural' to make seeing your stitches easy; suitable for any gender!
Using the color coded addi® Linos straight needles, learning the difference between the Right Side (outside of the fabric) and Wrong Side (inside of the fabric) is a breeze!
As an added bonus, we've also included helpful instruction on how to read the ball band that comes on the yarn. This knowledge gives new knitters a great foundation in understanding 'knitters lingo'.
